The time has come for us to get back together! We joyfully invite you to Spring Gala 2022: Friends Together Again.
This is our time to finally unite as a community and to celebrate the true spirit of Brooklyn Friends School. After over 2 long years of Zoom screens and distanced connections, on the spring evening of Friday, May 6, we will begin anew. We will celebrate and take a step together into the next era of Brooklyn Friends. Families, colleagues, alumni, grandparents, and friends are invited to this Gala, which is for the adults in the BFS community.*

Honoring Sara Soll
Sara Soll
At this celebration filled with friendship, food, music, and dancing, we will also honor Sara Soll, Director of the Family Center, who retires this June after serving the Brooklyn Friends community for 36 years. Friends Together Again will establish the Sara Soll Student Engagement Fund. This Fund, a cause close to Sara’s heart, allows us to enrich the everyday experience of all Brooklyn Friends students by supporting programming such as visiting authors, field trips, student travel, and guest artists for Preschool through 12th Grade. This Fund will allow Sara’s legacy to impact BFS students and families for years to come. Watch a video to learn more from Sara about the importance of this Fund.

*LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park is an open-air venue. All guests at the celebration must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
