She/Her/Hers After completing her Masters in painting, Elizabeth exhibited in various galleries as a professional artist. During this time, she also worked in two Chelsea galleries where she assisted in curating and running all aspects of artists' exhibitions. Additionally, she became an adjunct professor in the art department at NYU'S Steinhardt School of Education, which piqued her interest in going back to school to become a K-12 Art Educator. She then worked in a variety of educational settings, including many schools through the Studio in a School program. Elizabeth loves working with her IB students and helping to guide them on their artistic journeys. When not at BFS, creating is still a way of life for her, even if it is simply cooking a yummy meal or making a really cool fort "installation" with her kids at home. Elizabeth holds a BFA from School of The Art Institute of Chicago, an MA in Studio Arts from the NYU Steinhardt School of Education, and a Certificate from the Art Education MA program at Brooklyn College.
