The BFS community came together for an amazing celebration of Latinx and Hispanic Heritage at our annual all-school Latinx Community Dinner. The special guest artist was the Calpulli Mexican Dance Company. There was singing, dancing, delicious foods, scrumptious desserts, and many, many smiles from students, colleagues, families and friends!
“Our BFS Community Dinners embody such genuine joy and purpose, providing opportunities for increased connection between students, families, and colleagues,” Head of School Crissy Cáceres said, very proudly. “We laugh, dance, break bread, and simply rejoice in being together. I always enter and leave feeling so proud of how we realize the intentional building of community.”
A huge shout out goes to our Director of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging—Dr. AnaMaria Correa—as well DEB Committee Clerk Marcus Richardson, the entire Committee, and all our amazing volunteers. And thank you to our amazing community for making the night so special.
