ALUMNI VISITOR POLICY

BFS visiting times are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We request that you plan a visit during days when classes are in session; not during school closures or holidays. Please see our School Calendar for reference. Upon arrival, please let the front desk know that you attended BFS and your class year. We will provide you with a visitor pass. Please keep the pass visible at all times while on campus.

COLLEAGUE VISIT

If you are planning to visit the school to see a faculty or staff member, we encourage you to contact the faculty/staff member to schedule a time at which the faculty/staff is available. When you arrive, we will try to locate the faculty or staff member to meet you in the lobby.

SCHOOL TOURS & GENERAL VISITS

To schedule a tour of the school or to plan a general visit, we encourage you to email Jay Rapp, Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Strategic Initiatives, at jrapp@brooklynfriends.org or 718-852-1029, ext: 323. Although drop- in visits are welcome, it is helpful if the Alumni Office can inform the front desk about your arrival in advance. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the Alumni Office where you can begin your scheduled, guided tour. If you choose to visit the campus on your own, we request that you complete your visit by 4:00 p.m.

EXCEPTIONS

During student testing, or during major changes to our regular school programming, BFS may request that you reschedule your visit. Also, these procedures will not apply if you are coming to attend an event at the school, as those situations will have separate registration procedures.
