SonicPics and Research Project Presentation

In the library, we regularly use iPads for a variety of purposes. This was our first work with Fourth Graders to digitize a presentation. As was posted earlier, the Fourth Grade has worked diligently over the course of the past few months to practice research skills and to produce a project that demonstrates these skills.

We used the app SonicPics to share their research. This app has the capability to show pictures and record voice without the cumbersome qualities of VoiceThread. While SonicPics has its own shortcomings, we felt that this was a great gateway app for presentation.
