“Understanding Our Youngest Lower School Learners”
We invite you to join Head of Lower School Jason Novak, Assistant Head of Lower School Emma Cothren, and Lower School Psychologist Dr. Rachel Maldonado, for an in-person Connect and Talk with families on Friday, October 18, 2024. Our time together during this planned event will focus on the range of social and emotional development that occurs during our earliest years of Lower School and how to best support our children during these times. While this time will focus specifically on students in our earliest grades K-2, we welcome all Lower School families that are able to attend.
During our time together, we will engage around topics that include: framing and supporting your child’s social emotional development, how (and who) to partner with at school around this, and how to support yourselves and each other as parents as you navigate these pieces. We will share forward information, points of reflection and connection, and resources. We look forward to connecting with you!
