In our swimming program, students develop and refine their stroke and breathing techniques to increase stamina and speed in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). They practice starts and turns, individual medleys, and focus on creating a personalized practice regime with appropriate terminology.

Lessons are held in St. Francis College’s competition-sized pool. Participants are encouraged to bring bottles of water, a towel, bathing suit, and flip-flops.
